Tracey Warson

Co-Founder

Tracey Brophy Warson is an Advisor to startups in Clean Energy, Food Sustainability and FinTech. She is also a Private Investor and serves on Non-Profit Organizations focused on serving the under resourced and underrepresented. She has 36 years of experience building businesses in financial services. Most recently at Citi Private Bank she grew the business in revenues from $1.2bn to $2.0 bn from 2014-2019. Tracey was named Chairman of Citi Private Bank North America in 2019 and retired from this position in June of 2020. As CEO of Citi Private Bank in North America, she was directly responsible for leading the ultra-high net worth and Law Firm Group private banking activities in 25 offices throughout the United States and Canada, overseeing over $230 billion in client business volume as of year-end 2018. Under Tracey’s leadership and vision, Citi Private Bank North America received numerous industry recognitions and awards, winning: Best North American Private Bank by the Family Wealth Report, Best Private Bank in North America from Global Finance Magazine, and Best Private Bank Overall 2019 from Private Asset Management.

From 2014-2018, Tracey was the co-chair of Citi Women, Citi’s global strategy to focus on the advancement of women as leaders and business drivers. In this role she led the firm’s progress in pay equity, representation goal setting and in having Citi sign the Women’s Empowerment Principles of the United Nations.

Ally Warson

Ally, a Partner at UP.Partners - an early stage VC based out of Santa Monica that invests in revolutionary technology focused on transforming the moving world.

Prior to UP.Partners, she worked at Acme with a portfolio inclusive of Uber, Draft Kings, Curology, and Slack. She also is a former Googler, where she helped to execute global competitive strategy for the Google Ads business. Additionally, while at Google, Ally launched the global competitive marketing campaigns for Daydream VR and worked directly with google.org to help award grants for entrepreneurs in South Africa, Kenya, Tanzania, and Ghana. Ally spearheaded the national GMS wellness initiative which enabled young professionals to have access to bi-monthly lunch and learns and increase employee wellness.

On the side, All co-founded, Off The Record, a nonprofit dedicated to throwing unique, experiential events with over 300+ attendees in order to flip the social script and encourage alcohol free, movement based, experiences. Off The Record has raised over $80k annually for the benefit of mental health research. Ally also manages a +3k newsletter to women candidates aspiring to get into VC via AllRaise.
